Mentorships
The goal of this mentorship outfit is to honour one of the core action plans of the ministry’s endeavours, “Provide Mentorship Programmes with hands-on ministry outlets” (2 Timothy 2:2). The lead facilitator has been an ardent servant in the Lord’s vineyard for over two and a half decades, serving the Lord in a variety of capacities and in various departments across numerous ministries. Following the voice of the Holy Spirit, this platform’s main goal has been to impart, harness, and enhance ministry potentials among Christian youth who desire to be methodically mentored, better equipped, and holistically prepared to offer varied services in a manner that pleases the Lord.
These will be achieved mainly through various activities such as: Bible studies, Christian literature reviews, sermon reviews, individual coaching for both internal and external ministrations, planning of programmes, conferences, training and coaching. Mentees also have the opportunity to benefit from the ministry’s training institute and productions to enhance music, drama, spoken word, choreography, exhortation, Bible studies, leading of prayers, and service moderation, among others.
Requirements: This programme is strictly reserved for individuals who are ready to invest discipline, commitment, time, resources, possess an intense desire to deepen their intimacy with the Lord, explore numerous outlets of service, and allow the Spirit of God to groom them for service.

Testimonials from previous mentees
I’m Donkor Patience Sagowa, a student at the University of Professional Studies. I enrolled on The Honeycomb Ministries’ Youth Mentorship Programme for a year and a half and I must say , it was very beneficial to me and my year group. During my study, I served as the coordinator for my team. In my tenure of office, I was delighted to work with our lead facilitator and founder, Ms. Cecilia Dansu. She’s creative, humble, eager to work for God, transparent, and passionate about the things of God. She was accessible to everyone on the programme and mentees were able to talk to her without any difficulties; she was present to listen, encourage, and lend a helping hand when needed.
We engaged in sessions like sermon reviews, Bible studies discussions, character studies, Christian literature reviews, prayer sessions, and a whole lot more. I personally found the book reviews and sermon review sessions enjoyable. We were tasked with listening to specific sermons by Apostle Joshua Selman, Joel Osteen, and Kathryn Kulman. These sermons had a tremendous impact on us, especially after our discussion sessions, where we reflected on the sermon we had all reviewed. Books like God’s Generals, Let It Go, and the individual books we all chose to review enlightened me a lot. Now I read more Christian literature and listen to more sermons than I had done in the past.
I participated in two programmes: one was centred on a book review held at Lancaster University and the Prayerthon Rally at the University of Ghana Miracle Centre. We also visited an orphanage to lend our helping hand, and we also went on to preach at a senior high school about fornication, which remains a major problem for this generation.
These sessions helped me a lot by sharpening my organisational skills , confidence level, and speaking skills, and they also helped me put my Christian life on track . This is because we were taught and also admonished to practise what we learnt or preached to others. The book review on God’s Generals helped me to understand that there is always more to do for God. The people we read about were extremely passionate for the things of God. The generals didn’t have the technological advancements we have now, but with the power of the Holy Ghost, people came from far and near to worship with Kathryn Kulman, Smith Wigglesworth, William Branham, John G. Lake, Evans Roberts, and a whole lot more. Every personality had their story to tell, and these stories equipped and gave me an understanding of how powerful it is to host, possess the anointing of God, and the price we have to pay for the anointing.
Everyone on the programme was outgoing and easy to approach and work with; there were happy days and unpleasant ones. Nothing comes easy when it comes to dealing with humans, but through it all we were able to work with each other to achieve an excellent result. Through the programme, I have been able to develop discipline, communication skills, patience, and determination. I am able to lead prayers effectively, my Bible study sessions and discussions have also improved. I currently hold a leadership role in my church as an AWANA leader and an organising secretary for a prayer group.
I recommend this programme to anyone who is disciplined, determined, and ministry-minded who wants to understand the basics of Ministry and is also willing to utilise their gifts and the anointing bestowed on them by God for greater works.
I’m in the person of Jessica Dzadey, a proud beneficiary of The Honeycomb Youth Mentorship Programme. The ministry mentored me for a year and a half (2021-2022). I must admit that it has benefitted me in diverse ways. During my mentorship period, my prayer life was strengthened, and Bible study time became more consistent. This ministry has empowered me to become more confident, and when an opportunity is given to me to instruct the younger ones in the word of God, I feel amply equipped to execute the task.
I recommend this Mentorship Programme to anyone seeking to enhance their prayer and word study life; you shall never regret it. Enrol and thank me later. Shalom!
I am Judith Fiati Enyonam Abena. I am currently a student at the University of Ghana. I participated in the Honeycomb Youth Mentorship Programme for a year and a half. The Honeycomb Ministries has been very impactful in my life in various ways. Through the Honeycomb ministry, I got introduced to various personalities in God’s ministry, some from the past and others in the present, such as Kathryn Kuhlman and Apostle Joshua Selman. These personalities now serve as role models to me in various ways. Also, I have been equipped to lead prayers more spiritually, analyse the word of God in depth, and speak on God’s word more efficiently. I also read some spiritual books during my involvement in The Honeycomb Ministries that impacted my life as well.
Personally, I also gained more confidence when conducting presentations in both religious and social meetings because we were normally assigned such roles. My participation in the things of God has really increased, even at church. I’m part of Christian groups that still grow the zeal of God’s work in me and at school as well. Honeycomb transformed my life a lot, and I don’t regret that period of having been enrolled in this ministry.
I confidently recommend this mentorship programme to all who are willing to know God, draw closer to Him, and enhance their spiritual lives.
Maame Akosua Agyapomaa Badu is my name. I participated in The Honeycomb Ministries’ Mentorship Progromme from August 2020 till April 2022.
During my time spent with the ministry, I learnt how to listen to sermons and derive key lessons from them, the different kinds of prayer, and how to lead prayer meetings. I also had the opportunity to read a lot of Christian literature and present lessons I learnt from them through numerous book review sessions organised while I was with the ministry.
Due to the very high level of discipline attached to activities in the ministry, I have been able to develop some level of discipline when dealing with the things of God. The opportunities given to me to share my lessons from sermons and books have helped improve my public speaking skills as well as my ability to analyse and understand scripture.
Currently, I am able to lead intercessory prayers and prayer meetings in the smaller groups that I am a member of in church.
I would recommend this ministry to anyone who would like to grow in Christ and know the Lord better.
Going into the program, I did not really know what to expect, but I was only looking forward to experiencing God, and that’s just what happened.
The Honeycomb Mentorship Program gave us the opportunity to groom our gifts and talents. There was a major emphasis on developing our giftings and potentials, with a focus on encountering God in a different way based on sound biblical doctrines. Our weekly meetings served as a place where we encountered God through our study of Bible characters and the ministry journeys of past ministers of God. It also gave us the opportunity to build our leadership qualities as we took on various leadership roles to fulfil certain tasks that were assigned to us.
Apart from all that we had imbibed, we were also given the opportunity to participate in outreach endeavours. We also took part in facilitating various secondary school quizzes, school evangelisms, orphanage visits, among other things.
What stood out for me was the fact that the visionary, Lady Cecilia, always had more faith in us than even we had in ourselves, and in so doing, encouraged us to get out of our comfort zones and so for that, I say, God bless her.
On the whole, I’d say that The Honeycomb Ministries did a great job with the Mentorship Programme. I therefore extend my heartfelt gratitude to Lady Cecilia and The Honeycomb Ministries. May God bless you!
The Honeycomb Ministries is, for me, a Christ-centred platform where kings and priests are trained to wear their royal garments from their youthful stages in a manner that can never be removed because its foundation is firmly rooted in the Lord Jesus Christ. We are akin to buildings under construction through the power of the Holy Ghost, and this is what this ministry does as it pioneers the hearts of young people to seek, live, and experience Heaven on Earth.
It was a blessing joining this tremendous family, and during my mentorship, I experienced a paradigm shift spiritually and socially. I grew in an increasing measure due to the books, virtual resources, sermons, etc. that were given. It was through this platform that I got to know about God’s Generals like Aimee Semple McPherson (A Woman of Destiny), Kathryn Kuhlman (the Woman Who Believed in Miracles), and many others whose lives generated in me an unquenchable fire to dearly surrender all my life to God and God alone.
The Honeycomb Ministries is a loving family, where there is no discrimination; no matter the church you belong to, you feel at peace with everyone. We had both virtual and non-virtual meetings weekly, where mentees were grouped to present our projects or were asked to preach based on the themes given by our dear mentor. Through this, I drew closer to God and learnt more about Him. I came to the realisation that, “whatever you spend your time on is what you have purchased; thus, an individual eventually transforms into whatever they invest their time in.” This has become my reality, all because a young, beautiful lady decided to dedicate her life to walk with God and do her Heavenly Father’s will, enabling many to partake of God’s glory. Thank you, Minister Ceccy; you are dearly loved.
First and foremost, I would like to thank God Almighty for the privilege of being associated with this wonderful ministry. I am sincerely appreciative of The Honeycomb Ministries for mentoring me in all areas of my life. The ministry exposed me to readings like “God’s Generals”, “Learning to Say No”, “The Purpose Driven Life”, “Formula for Humility”, etc. I engaged in activities centred on how to derive rhema from sermons and scriptures. My spiritual life underwent a significant transformation. Not only was spiritual guidance offered, but the ministry also paid keen attention to my health and well-being as well. The journey has been amazing by the Grace of God.
I therefore encourage you to also enrol in this mentorship programme if you are a young lady or a gentleman who really wants to see a positive change in your life, like the one I experienced, or if you want your child to be mentored just as Paul did with Timothy, his son in the faith. I recommend this platform to you, and you will see that Godly daughter or son you’ve been yearning to have.
Bear in mind that it’s a non-denominational ministry. Long live The Honeycomb Ministries; long live Ghana. Thank you very much.
My Transformative and Remarkable Journey
My mentorship experience with The Honeycomb Ministries has been remarkable and transformative. As a non-denominational ministry, The Honeycomb Ministries offers a unique blend of spiritual guidance, physical provision, practical wisdom, and community support that is both inclusive and deeply impactful. From the outset, my mentor (Minister Cecilia Dansu) took her time to understand my spiritual journey and personal goals, which made me feel valued and supported, and it set the tone for the entire mentorship experience. The guidance provided was always rooted in biblical principles, yet presented in a way that was applicable to my daily life, regardless of one’s denominational background.
One of the most significant aspects of the mentorship was the emphasis on personal growth and spiritual maturity. My mentor (Minister Cecilia Dansu) challenged me to deepen my faith, encouraging me to explore the scriptures more deeply and to live out my faith in tangible ways by practising it, especially in my music ministry.
She always asked how I was utilising what I learnt and also gave suggestions on what I could do to improve, not forgetting the soft copy books she provided as well as YouTube videos on preachings and teachings from the likes of Apostle Joshua Selman and other anointed ministers of God. This was done with great care, always meeting me irrespective of how busy or preoccupied she was and guiding me with patience and grace, not forgetting her provision in terms of meals before every session takes place.
The connections I have made through this mentorship have been incredibly enriching. The support network here is strong, with fellow mentees and mentors alike offering encouragement, prayer, and wisdom. It is a place where you can truly grow together, sharing both your struggles and your victories.
Overall, my experience with The Honeycomb Ministries has been profoundly rewarding, as it’s a place where faith is nurtured, wisdom is shared, and lives are transformed. If you’re looking for a mentorship that is grounded in scripture, inclusive, and genuinely transformative, I highly recommend that of The Honeycomb Ministries.
