Founder and Lead Facilitator
Rev. Cecilia Dansu is an enthusiastic ambassador and addicted servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. Premised on the principle of “Saved to Serve,” a conviction enshrined in her ideologies, she has dedicated nearly two decades of her life to labouring in the Lord’s vineyard in every capacity she is granted (2 Timothy 2:20-21). The core values that carry her are Godliness, perseverance, diligence, integrity, loyalty, and discipline.
Cecilia Dansu is the Founder and Lead Facilitator of The Honeycomb Ministries, a Parachurch Organisation that seeks to promote a holistic approach to Christian maturation by engaging in evangelism, providing spiritual and welfare support, and empowering disciples in vital aspects of the Christian faith. Her utmost desire is to see young people serve the Lord with intense passion and diligence by “Prioritising the Kingdom Mandate.”
As a speaker at numerous Christian conferences, youth empowerment events, training seminars, and Christian based organisations, her ministry engages in various outreaches in academic institutions, communities, churches, orphanages, etc. As a passionate Mentor, Author, Songster, Playwright, Life coach, Event organiser, Quiz coordinator, Entrepreneur, and Preacher of the Gospel, her life has been a channel of blessing, hope, and restoration to many.
She received formal theological training at End Time Bible College, graduating with a Diploma in Biblical Studies; earned a Certificate in “Digital Theology and Ministry” from Ministerial Studies and Seminary; and successfully completed “The School of the Prophet” course at the Higherlife School of Ministry in addition to several other ministerial courses in the areas of shepherding, counseling, discipleship, church administration, ministerial ethics, etc.
She is an Academic Skills lecturer, Consultant, and an Entrepreneur of a Private Academic Consultancy named Ceccy’s Home Tutoring Services. Cecilia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and History from the University of Ghana, earned a Master of Arts degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts programme in Law, specialising in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at the University of Ghana.
The founder has also published two books titled “The Tenets of Christlike Humility.” and “The Art of Managing Human Relationships” and several other devotionals, Christian-based articles, and Bible study manuals.

St. Michael Nii Ayi Quaye, born in March 1980, is the firstborn of four siblings to Mr. Peter Ian Ayikwei Quaye, of blessed memory, and Madam Lucy Yaakor Tackye Yaoboi. St. Michael carries a wealth of academic and professional experience, holding a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Trade and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting major, both from Central University College. His studies at The Accra Academy deeply instilled in him the life philosophy of “ESSE QUAM YIDERI,” meaning “To be, rather than seem to be.”
Currently, St. Michael serves as the Operations Manager at Fidelity Asia Bank Limited in Labuan, Malaysia. Since July 2018, he has played a crucial role in maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance, and overseeing various banking operations. His responsibilities span managing deposit investments, fraud monitoring, and leading strategic operational projects, all of which have contributed significantly to the bank’s success.
Before his tenure in Malaysia, St. Michael carved out a distinguished career at Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited. He rose through the ranks, most notably serving as a Senior International Trade Expert. In this role, he was entrusted with training and supervising junior officers, managing Import and Export Letters of Credit, and ensuring compliance with international trade standards.
St. Michael’s professional life is paralleled by his deep commitment to his faith. He actively serves in various Christian ministries, including The Church of Our Holy Saviour in Malaysia, Higherlife Church & Global Prophetic Ministry in the United Kingdom, and Changed Life Baptist Church in Ghana. His ministry work also extends to collaborations with para-church organisations such as The Honeycomb Ministries, Arena of Light International, and Idwomoh Ministries. As a man of prayer, he reaches a broader audience through his online ministry under the handle “A Royal Priest.”
St. Michael is happily married to Richlove Kusiwaa Adu, and together they have been blessed with a beautiful daughter, Christine. Their nearly eleven years of marriage have been marked by unwavering commitment, hope, faith, and love.
As a co-labourer in God’s vineyard, St. Michael joyfully stands with Rev. Cecilia Dansu, affectionately known as Queen Ceccy. He recognises not only her academic and professional accomplishments but also her unwavering dedication to her faith in Christ Jesus and her passion to serve family, friends, and the community.

Mama Tutu, known in private life as Happy Edem Wutoh, attended St. Rose’s SHS from 1970-75, Keta SHS (Sixth Form), and the University of Ghana, Legon, where she graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Linguistics. She also obtained a Diploma in Spanish Language Proficiency from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain, in 1981, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management Public Administration (GIMPA) in the year 2000.
In 2015, she acquired a Commonwealth Executive Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, after which she co-authored “Ghana’s Decentralized Governance System, the Role of Chiefs,” published by Emerald, UK, in the International Journal of Public Leadership in 2018, an article that has so far achieved 2,000 reads and 13 citations across the globe, per the Research Gate in Europe.
Mama Tutu joined the Ghana Civil Service in 1997, as Research Officer at the then Ministry of Chieftaincy and Culture, and retired in 2018 as Principal Research Officer after 20 years of dedicated service. Her ultimate goal is to provide Godly guidance to believers in realising their God-ordained purposes.
She is blessed with four delightful children who have been raised in the fear of God and matured into adults who have achieved notable accomplishments in their academic, professional, and ministry pursuits.

Response: An individual is officially considered a mentee after filling out a mentorship form, either in person or online through the provided link on the website. The lead facilitator will conduct an interview to evaluate the candidate’s suitability and determine an appropriate phase of enrolment to meet the mentee’s needs after securing parental consent. Each phase lasts for a year, and progression is based on the successful completion of the current phase. Certificates of successful completion of a mentorship programme will be issued after each phase of the training.
How can an individual or organisation form a partnership with the ministry?
Response: This is done by officially completing a partnership form, either in person, or virtually, via the link on the website. Afterwards, a meeting will be held to discuss the nature, expectations, and duration of the partnership and officially affirm the partnership. Kindly note that all partnership renewal requests will be sent at the end of every year to all partners to confirm a renewal, a halt, or the closure of the partnership.

Response: A proposal letter requesting a collaboration regarding an event or ministry-related programme should be sent in person or via email. Response: The ministry does not operate on a membership system; hence, there is no permanent membership, however, it relates to its network of people based on their category of affiliation. People who associate with the ministry are primarily classified as patrons, staff, partners, volunteers, mentees, counselees, or beneficiaries until their service or support is completed and benefits cease. This notwithstanding, the ministry maintains a warm and inviting aura throughout the period of association and afterwards.
